But, I don't think Funimation copyrighted bald naked characters with no eye-brows. =P

They have copyright over DBZ. You can't make something based off of a copyrighted work unless you have the copyright owner's permission, or what you're doing falls under fair use.

Chances are there actually is a company called Eternal Productions, it is incorporated, and you've just violated their trademark.

A) I didn't write that -- I quoted that. =)

B) They don't look like they're incorporated.

Chances are the icons could be copyrighted if they could be passed off as anything else. For most DBZ games that would leave turfs copyrightable, and even many of the characters (particularly if they used none from the show and just stuck to generic anime icons).

IF THEY DONT GO BACK UP

The moral of this story is twofold: 1) Don't use legal jargon you don't understand. 2) When you're e-mailed about a problem with your hub entry, don't ignore it.

I noticed you've reposted the entry you were most concerned about. Since you removed the bogus copyright and inc. from your entry, this isn't a problem. However the message that you're not going to be selling the game's materials is a bit redundant; you're not allowed to do that anyway, since it's a fan game.

Two others of your entries were DBZ code being sold or otherwise misused. One was using subscription features and thus had to go in spite of the fact that it allegedly was free--especially because it's not your code, and not yours to distribute. It didn't help that it was a freakin' huge file being stored right here on Dantom's servers. The other was similar, but larger, and also used subscription features--it was apparently being used by you as a backup. Dantom's servers are not your personal backup space. Between these two extremely dubious entries alone you were taking up more than 8 MB.

For further reference I refer you to [link].

Everything you make that is an original idea of yours is copyrighted. Be it drawn, wrote, typed, or created in some other way. Creative works are always copyrighted unless it is given up or the original creater is over 70(i think that is right) years dead.

The hub is there as a privilege, nothing more. So don't go throwing threats about what you wlil or wont do if one of the Staff takes something down.

If the Staff takes something down, then that is because you're breaking the rules, and you should be greatful you have a HUB, you could just as well have none...
