My friend is having problems logging into BYOND (In Dreamseeker and the website). Whenever he tries, it says "Byond hub access restricted." He says he thinks he was banned but he didn't do anything wrong to get banned. He tried to email Dantom 4 times but he didn't get any responses. How can he get this fixed? Thanks.

He went to his friend's house too and tried it with the same key, no luck. But it worked with a different key.
He can't use Guest at his computer either.

Tell your friend to read over http://www.byond.com/support/, and if that doesn't help, to state things at http://www.byond.com/support/support.cgi (which provides *much* faster responses than email -- usually at a duration of half of a day or so).
