Logging In

My friend hasn't been able to log in byond. When they try to log on it says This Page cannot be displayed.

There are alot of reasons this could be, I'll give you a few ways to check what exactly is the problem.

Restart the browser and go to another webpage first, wait for it to completely load and retry BYOND.

Use an alternate browser, like Mozilla for instance if no webpage can load at all.

More info would be appriciative though.. will other webpages load, or is it just BYOND? Can he access the internet at all?

They say they can't login on most sites. The pages besides the login page load but when they try to login it dosen't work.

I have a feeling its loading what it can out of the cache, have them clear their cache and retry. If they do this, and the pages still load like they were before this problem is beyond me. Otherwise there are a good number of reasons why this could be happening and they should try another browser.
