Lummox might delete this, anyhow it was worth a shot. If you have a problem with someone, or something on BYOND please use this link: http://www.byond.com/support/support.cgi! The support team will email you with the answer. This helps because all the questions doesn't take up forum space. Thanks. :)
They tell people to do that all over the place, it is plastered all over the forum. It must be posted about dozens of times.

Some people just will not abide by what they know is right. It is like the whole usr in proc thing, sometimes they will even come back and say "I know I wasn't supposed to, but I did it anyway."

[edit]
I just did a search for http://www.byond.com/support/support.cgi and didn't come up with quite as many results as I had though, but it is still up there enough.
I think the suport staff would rather the link not be plastered everywhere. I'm sure the small handful of people resonsible for maintaining the suport system wouldn't appreciate being swamped with questions that could have easily been dealt with on the forums.

In this case, I think it best to post first. Most questions can be answered on the forum, or in Chatters, or in the Help Center without using the support form. In fact, to even find the link to the form in the Help Center you have to read every other method of help available. I'm sure they did it that way for a reason.

It's important to remember that many kinds of problems can and should be handled on the forums. The support link is meant for cases of hub abuse, or extreme problems with a particular user. Technical issues should be handled exclusively on the forums. Unfortunately there've been a lot of technical questions sent to the support system that belong on the forums.
