is it noraml for when your in dreammaker editing your map for your cpu usage to jump to 100% everytime you try to move or is it just me it only seems to happen on the newer version like 340 and 341 beta version so i was just wondering if it was normal or not

Yes. Try turning down hardware acceleration.
