Ive uploaded linux version of byond on my shell server but i dont know where to upload all the game files on to the server can anyone help me out?

You can upload them anywhere. (It's better if each game has its own folder, of course.) The location of the hosting files does not matter; you just need to specify the correct path to them when you start DreamDaemon.
