How about you could set in a password, and if you run the 'Extract Sourcecode' option, you would need to enter the exact same password and it'll extract the sourcecode?
Just so people won't lose theirs ever this often..

You can use encrypted archive files and distribute them with the game. Of course, people with access to the file could try to brute force it open, so be careful with your passwords and encryption. I suggest using 7-Zip to do your encrypting and archiving.

Instead of giving all-out access to download these files with a password, make a verb that will send it to you, of coarse that only you have.

Because, as long as the files are stored in the resource file, anyone can rip them out. The files themselves would have to be encrypted prior to being put into the resource.
