Descriptive Problem Summary: It's a bug where, If you are Itachi/Sasuke/Madara, you can use Amaterasu or Susano'o while they're on CD, I'm pretty sure it's because of the option Are you sure option that pops up.
Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem: Obviously, Log on... Choose a character with Amaterasu/Susano'o and use it when it's still on CD.

Expected Results: You end up using Amaterasu or Susano'o while they're on CD.
Actual Results: Obviously the same.

In other games?No of course.
In other user accounts?Yes, Of course.
On other computers?Obviously.
When does the problem NOT occur? When EM remove the 'Are you sure' option. ^
