in the next byond update, the byond developer forum should incude a section for if someone has a good idea for a game, but cant code or other things they can post their game idea's for another team of byond game producers to use... just an idea for those people with *Those Moments* :)

I've gone back in time yet again, and again spoke with Tom (he's so good at keeping these travels from the future a secret for all those years). He said he'd include a forum called Design Philosophy which is for exactly what you describe.

That's called a game designer, someone who thinks of ideas for games. They also create GDDs(Game Design Documents).
Well most do.
