Once again, I'm without alpha transparency. What graphics hardware can I get that will get it to work? I guess OpenGL still can, but I can't get it to work at all.

What kind of graphics card do you have? and Have you tried updating your graphics card drivers?

Are you using the latest build (currently 958)? If DirectX is failing, you should get an alert (assuming you have it enabled in the client/preferences). Are you 100% certain the game you are testing even has alpha in it? |

I'd like to add more - the map editor has been lagging since 956.
UPDATE: Its a problem with my project - I was invited to a beta test for a 4.0 game, and Alpha works there. I KNOW I added transparency to my games, but it isn't working. EDIT: I've narrowed down what my problems where. I've found that Overlays (so I guess Underlays too) and custom Cursors don't support alpha transparency.. apparently. |
