Remember install settings?

I constantly switch back between 4.0 and 3.5. But everytime I run the installer, I have to uncheck the quick start and desktop icons boxes, and hit "no" to add to all accounts startup menus.

Anyway BYOND can remember these settings? It's just tedious after a while. I'd like to just hit next 5 times and be done with it :]

Why don't you keep both BYOND versions, Its alot easier...

It's not a lot easier. It gets BYOND mixed up with the files and gets... bad.

The only way that this could be done is if the installer mucked around with your registry above and beyond just providing the core keys that are needed to register an application in the Control Panel.

Also, the 3.5 installer would need to be reprogrammed and repackaged for this.

Finally, what if you wanted to change the settings later?

You should be able to move the 3.5 files into another folder and run them separately with no problem, as long as you run both at separate times.
