In the Interface file you have the 3 sections (Menus, windows and Macros) could it be made if you want to delete one of them in the list, you could right click it and delete? The other way to do it is click it, and goto Edit > Del (Or the Del button on the keyboard.)

And in the Menu Editor (Here) Could it be made so the menu commands could be dragged into different spots? So you could rearrange them at anytime.
