Could the info control be extended to not display the tab when there is only one? It looks ugly to include a stat/verb panel inside a tab control when you switch to the control with the verbs and you have that big tab in the way.

One trick I've used (as seen in NChat) is hiding the tab under another control or the menu, it works pretty good.
