I think we should be able to pay via Alert Pay as many people are switching to it rather than pay pal because they can request and send money for free, so it may not be a bad idea to be able to pay that way.

I don't think that Alert Pay is real site, because all pay to click sites use AlertPay (and other similar websites). PayPal denied to accept transactions from those sites, because they think that it's quite illegal
