I remember in the earlier versions you could take out the delay on icon movements. The command was something like .configure animated-movement 0 or something. Is there anyway to do it still?

I wonder if you're talking about the animate_movement var.

yeah thats it i think. Is there still a way to change it when your in-game? Or did they remove that option?

File >> Options & Messages >> Client >> Command >> ".configure delay 0" // minus the quotes
All though you have to know the commands exactly now. Before you could type .co *hit space* del *hit space* 0 *hit enter* |

thanks but thats not the correct command. The one im talking about basically skipped the motion part of the icon when you made any movement.
I didnt know how to do commands in general though so thanks. |

I believe the command you are looking for is .configure animate-movement 0

You can't use .configure in the input element, not even the default one -- you need to use the Command option in Options & Messages, Client -> Command and type it in there.

Ah. Looks like it may have been removed. There is no default entry for animate-movement in seeker.txt.
