Would it be possible for us to just create a new .dm file instead of having to make a whole environment to boot? Just a thought.
Well I think this is because of the notion that a bunch of IDE's take, that code is always tied to a project. You could go make a new DM file without a project by using a programmer's editor.

I suppose so, alright.

You can just save file in Notepad with .dm as an extension, but you won't be able to compile it without a .dme environment.
I like to keep a library of files that I have no particular use for.

Use dm.exe to compile it.
