I know it's not possible to remove this, from what I've been told, but would it be possible to decrease the time it takes for the message to appear?

I know it only takes about 7 seconds, but I figure if you can hit enter before that appears, you might be able to send the message earlier too?

It'd really be helpful, I think. That way telnet users aren't just sitting there waiting to get into the game, unaware that they have to hit enter to get in (and maybe leaving before they even get the message).

And would it maybe be possible to stop it from like, not doing anything when you return anything that's not a blank? At least disconnect them or something?
