I was wondering if we could have the option to put mouseover messages or captions on/below our hub screen shots, as a nice small descriptor of in game events.
Something like this could be useful
That's a great idea, but to add on to that - you could also allow image maps, like each section of an image contains a description which is shown when hovering your mouse over that specific section, a bit like the "alt" attribute of the tag.

Or some kind of method to allow developers to describe each section, i.e "House - this is where the dog lives", etc ,etc.

The alt attribute is only meant for displaying text when the image fails to load. For mouseovers, the title attribute is the correct one to use.

Seems I was inaccurate, but either way it's still the same concept, is it possible though? I'd think it be not too hard.
