Favicons for Hub Entries

It would be nice to be able ot upload your own 32x32 favicon as a PNG to your hub entry.

Shouldn't be too hard to add.

You can upload 64x64 and 32x32 icons both to the hub entry right now.

Favicons replace the litte image in the left hand side of the window, where the current BYOND Guru figure is now sitting (for this forum).

Uploading icons to the hub entry does not replace this icon, which is what I was suggesting.
