I'm pretty sure it can mean more than one thing. I'm also pretty sure I have full administrative privileges; seeing as I'm the only person that even uses this computer.

Please make sure that the slider is set to "full" and everything is as on the picture on your guide. If it isn't, call your system administrator to change the settings for you and then try again.

Take your fail somewhere else! THIS IS MADNESS!!!

As the screenshoot would suggest, your current display driver does not seem to allow you to change the hardware acceleration settings.
So, the question would be, is that driver up to date?
Is it fully compatible with your graphic card?
Is another driver available (maybe by your graphic card vendor directly on the homepage/in the package)?

Ok, so far I only know of one byond coder who actually fixed this problem without making drastic changes. Buster fixed the problem by tweaking with the transparency setting that was in his start up interface. Ichinose shikai is still able to use Invisibility on BLN. Talk to Buster, get his input on this, and I'm prety sure you guys can draw a conclusion on what needs to be done next once you do that.
