I use to have my settings set to allow non-members to page me because they let me know when the servers screwing up that way but lately I have noticed non-members cant page me and I cant find this setting any place on the page or website anymore...
Was it removed and if it wasnt how do I make it work again?

Add them to your pager and if they have you added as well, they will be able to page you.
