DivineTraveller	Would it be possible, for the member forum pages, to have an external link instead of a link to a forum? For example, I have a category on my forum called bug reports, but I'd much rather have it lead to my bug tracker.

I sense something of a security issue. Since the link would appear as a standard BYOND link, many users would give it a "trusted" status and click a link which could link off to anywhere. Not everyone checks the URL of things before they click, especially if it looks just like the safe, standard links they're used to seeing.

You could make a post in your Bug Reports forum linking to the tracker and disallow new posts, much like the developer forums here do.

People could post those links inside of the forum to get the same effect, though. The idea comes about so I don't have to make a top level post, lock the forum, and leave a link in there to where the rest of the bugs are posted, like you mentioned.

And I just reread what you said, it's late, sorry.

Perhaps if I could modify some other part of the site to have a direct link, I wouldn't mind that any less.
