I haven't played or even been on byond for well over a year I believe. Now I'm back to play some Dragonball Z games and yet I can't find any. I click on games and it seems there are like no games yet it says over 200 games are live and over 6000 people online. How do I navigate to find what I want?

I miss the old byond site.
Dragon Ball Z games were entirely unlisted due to a cease and desist letter from FUNimation. They do still exist, but reaching their hubs publicly is not possible.

is there any other games that I should be aware of? thank you tho. it's sad that they did that. it's just a dang game.

All of FUNimation's intellectual properties were covered in the cease and desist letter, which includes Full Metal Alchemist, Fairy Tail and some other things. I'm not quite familiar with all their properties sadly.

Also, Square-Enix also sent BYOND a cease and desist letter not too long ago, so their properties cannot be listed either (Final Fantasy, Chrono Trigger, etc).

The bigger BYOND gets the more hate it gets? I see it basically as fans bringing in new fans other then how they see it which is probably "they're making money with our ideals!" stupid big corps

Yes, actually. Let's say I make 'Super cool idea funsies 4'. I copyright that idea and start making money off of it. Suddenly a whole lot of fan games crop up, some asking for money, using my 'Super cool idea funsies 4'. I'd be a little ticked off and want it to end.

Not to mention, DBZ games were nothing good for BYOND, however I didn't know Square-Enix also got involved, is there a source for this?

I think I recall Tom mentioning it in the comments of one of the BYOND and Within blog posts, and every Square-Enix property was delisted with the reason "Square-Enix properties cannot be listed."
