Whenever i enter my ip address this happens https://btc.clearaccess.com/control-panel/ please tell me anything what maybe wrong

Your IP address will route you to your router's configuration page.
If you want to access a server add a ":port" where port is the port of the server you wish to join, that's usually the last few numbers of the server's address before the ":".

yes i know all that the problem is when i type my ip address it takes me to the link i posted above
