Kid Thrown In Jail (Video Game Related)

I'm all for having him questioned and having his home searched. But since there was no physical evidence or motive, I think that those charges are pretty extreme.

There are people who make serious threats to the president of the united states everyday who never hear a peep from the secret service. But one kid makes a sarcastic comment, meant to get a laugh, writes jk and lol at the end, and threatens some undetermined school catches more hell than serial killers. Seriously, there are serial killers who have done less time.

The problem was some random 40 year old mom saw the comment and reported it to police.

What did you expect? This is the same country that allows cigarettes ( that kills people ) and bans cannabis ( that has killed no one ). This government's common sense went out the window a long time ago, and that's assuming there ever was any common sense to begin with.

Well this was far more harmless than my dreams of mutilation and cutting people up with power tools and dissecting their brains and intestines to play with.
