Yut put is known to troll on occasion, but this also could be a test of your customer service protocol, As all big company with that type of system they will deal with trolls and some worse than Yut.
So this seems like is a good experience and possible way for you to learn how to deal with said Troll and improve your customer support and make their experience more smooth. | |

Yeah people shouldn't troll at all in my opinion and I really cannot understand how people enjoy it?
ET is of a special kind of troll I like ~ a friendly troll.. if ever there was one? And falcon is along the same lines. Yut can be difficult .. and I understand what both Andrew and yourself feel, I'm a passive person who's used to abuse, death threats, hate and being accused of being an idiot, I just roll with it until it fizzles out, but I understand not everyone can do that. | |

I thought this community in the forums had mature people because I don't see any trolls on here. But on my website they show their true colors. Yutput is an example of that bad apple that ruins the whole BYOND community.

That's mean :(, People don't learn from bans, They learn from the other person being mature enough to handle what they say to them, I honestly could never see myself banning anyone, that's.. horrible and too final :'(

TheDarkChakra, I don't believe you are 23 years old, and if you are, where the flip did you grow up? You do not act mature in the slightest. I understand you have received a lot of provocation but the way you handled it is just really satisfying to the trolls. If I was a troll, I would be glad I could get you to rage like this. Damn. Tone it down. I don't know whether they taught/teach you this in school but before you begin a project, especially one of this magnitude, you need to do some feasibility tests and brainstorming to work out the basic kinks. It seems like you just had an idea and tried to feed it to us. I would suggest that you scrape your idea right now because although I find it nice that you are trying to generate revenue for BYOND, you are doing it through a medium that already exists which means this is a no-go. You could also revise the idea, but don't get pissy when people troll you. It's unfortunately normal. Trolls exist and will haunt us all for as long as we live in the interwebs. Best thing to do is to ignore them, or if you like to take the immature path, join them. Maybe the BYOND mods won't give the harsh truth and will commend you for your efforts because primarily, they are nice tolerable people - occupational hazard. If I were to slightly revise the idea, I would get a group of my close friends whom are good programmers/pixel artists, and offer our services possibly for free or for experience although we will charge the users affordable rates, then donate some of the money to BYOND. | |
