UsefulUtilities

I wrote some useful utilities and didn't want to lose the source, so for now, I'm putting it up here. I might release them to the public eventually.

Right now, they include:

- Version Check (w/ Entry Information Retriever) : Ensure that the current version matches the version on your hub entry

- Directory Wipe: Wipe all files in a specified directory.

- Clear World: Clears all objects of a certain type from the world.

- World Responsiveness Indicator: Check a world's responsiveness with world.IsResponsive(Addr, Port).
