As it stands, the gameplay is setup to require both hands on the keyboard and somehow use the mouse to loot and interact with npcs. It would be nice to have a loot and npc interact hotkey, or wasd movement and click to attack added. Either way it seems the gameplay controls should go for one or the other direction, perhaps both.

In upcoming updates I'll add in hotkeys for looting and such :) I'll keep an eye on this request. As for WASD, I think I can do that for you, even though I was planning on keeping W for who. Let's see how it turns out!
