Okay since this game is made so that its suppose to be like the anime/manga Here is how the real gaara should be coded in took me hours of research but i think I just about got it all.
Everything about Gaara from the anime

Gaara is skilled with the Sealing Tag, using his sand in place of cloth. He has also shown the ability to use Wind Release nature transformation
Gaara has a large amount of stamina and huge levels of chakra as noted by Kiba and thus is able to use many chakra-taxing sand-based techniques, sometimes in quick succession, before becoming exhausted. The amount of sand he can control at one time is immense: he could use a massive amount of sand to fully transform into Shukaku, as well as create a tsunami of sand to fight Kimimaro, and later four reincarnated Kage. In Part II he is able to gather enough sand to shield the entire village of Sunagakure from Deidara's C3

This part is noted bc gaara loses 70-80% of chakra currenty when R is used, and when flying on sand his stamina seems to drain really quickly and his chakra regen is slow as hell
Sand Armor
Gaara has a layer of sand covering his body called the Armour of Sand. Although it's a useful secondary defence, the armour requires large amounts of chakra to remain active, and also has the side-effect of weighting Gaara down.
Sand Coffin & Burial
his basic means of attacks is to first use Sand Binding Coffin to capture, immobilise, and potentially suffocate an opponent with sand. Once the opponent is subdued, he uses Sand Waterfall Funeral to cause the sand to implode crush the opponent with varying intensities.
Eps # 39 Gaara uses Sand coffin to catch an enemy running at him with a 1 second delay, the 1 second delay is not stated but I timed it.

Point being that coffin right now in the game doesnt catch moving opps, and it should. also seems to have like a 3-5 second delay in the game and should reflect actual time.
Sand Clone
By making a sand clone of himself, Gaara can have an ally to be used in battle, or as a mere distraction to be used to buy him time. Unlike most other clone techniques in the series, the Sand Clone can retain its shape after more than one attack, and can even reform itself or capture an opponent upon being dispersed
With Ônoki's life seemingly in peril, the Second shoots him, but it was revealed that Ônoki was in fact a sand clone which began to restrain the Mizukage.
and the clone struck him only for it to be revealed to be another sand clone after which Gaara emerged from the ground and attacked again. This time, the sand was able to catch, and cover the clone.

Sand clone in game doesnt do much when it should act as a secondary form of Sand Coffin, only activateing when struck.
Shield of Sand
His primary defence is his Shield of Sand, an automatic sand shield that surrounds and protects him from damage whether he wants it to or not. Gaara can control the shield to some degree, strengthening it to steel-like quality or calling upon it to completely encase himself.
his father tried to attack him from behind when Gaara's sand takes on the form of his mother, greatly shocking his father. The Fourth Kazekage then finally revealed the truth to Gaara: that his mother loved him and that her dying words were to always protect him which became a reality through the sand.
As Gaara battled five Susanoo-clad clones, he was able to save Mei from being skewered onto a sword of one of the clones she was battling. With his attentions elsewhere however, his own opponents took the opportunity to land a surprise attack which initially failed due to his automatic defence,

Point being that the shield of sand in game is manually activated in game and it shouldnt be, The Sand Sphere def should be players activation with Shield of sand a passive auto effect blocking all tai and thrown weapons, also fire can burn gara inside of the sand sphere.
Sand Spear
Furthermore, Gaara can crush the hardest minerals in the ground together to create a shield in shape of Shukaku's body or, in the anime, a spear in the shape of its arm for combat.

Ablity to hide under ground currently not in game, also used in the chuunins against rock lee but the clone did not capture him prob due to early eps in the anime and gaara not yet devoping the skill at that point to have his clone capture his enemys in sand.

Gaara states that killing enemys and mixing thier blood with the sand makes him stronger so that would incease his chakra and chakra regen.

I would also add in a gather sand verb thats effect would work similar to Shino's insect Multiplcation. Since the sand gorge that gaara carrys is sand he gathered himself and made into the gorge and pre infused his own chakra, and the chakra of his enemy's blood with.
