I was thinking maybe the beta pager and or website can give you recommendations on what to play based on other games you have played. This is kinda what youtube does with videos(some find it annoying (mostly because they are like psssh you think you know me youtube !!!) but i kinda like it).

I don't think so. We had a recommendation system in a version of the pager we never released. We plan on reinstating that with this new stuff (basically it just looks at favorites of games you've fanned or played), but probably not right away as I really want to get this out to a more widespread audience so we can get an idea of it is going to bring in any income through ads or membership signups.

I'm pretty sure we had something like you described; it was purely based on the games you've played, I think. You were able to 'hide' recommendations. This was during the 2007-2011/Guild Era website, where you could also report rips via the hub.

Eh, could be. We've wasted so much time iterating on the website that it's very likely it was there in some form.
