Descriptive Problem Summary: Opening the BYOND pager offline

Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem: open BYOND 499 offline

Expected Results: pager opens & shows an offline screen

Actual Results:

Does the problem occur: Every time

Did the problem NOT occur in any earlier versions? If so, what was the last version that worked? 4.0.498.1163
Workarounds: don't open offline

Please try this in a newer version. 499.1174 is no longer current.

Also, 4.0 is not part of the version number. I have edited your report accordingly.
