I try to host games that have at least 3 people that wait for a server that's being hosted. Nobody EVER joins. But when someone else hosts, there's at least 9 people. Top example: Mitadake High.
Why nobody joins?

It's a simple fact of Human Interaction. People are much more likely to join the server with the most amount of players, but in MH's case, if there are any more than 16, they'll start trickling to other servers.

Is it possible that your router/firewall is blocking connections?

This might be why other hosts get more people joining their games?
