Well yes, that's their duty while supporting anti-piracy duties in the gulf.
What's more entertaining is that we'd expect them (or other nations involved in securing the gulf shipping lanes) to not do their duty because of politics. We're not so cynical as a world just yet, I'd hope. | |

A mate of mine who did two tours in Afghanistan before leaving to become a bouncer said that. Though he said it a little less tactfully, in that military swearing kind of way. (At least four F's and two C's, if you will.) | |
