Been a while since I've been here. I recently got some free time and started working on a game, I'm not disclosing the theme of the game,(no spoilers for you >:D). Whilst doing the first bits of art I decided Isometric would be a nice change and since I have no experience with iso what so ever I wouldn't a little feedback.

Ahhhh, so pretty. The colors are sooo nice :3. The flowers and stuff could use some more detail though.

Hmm, somethink to do with mouse control due to the fact of the square marker on one of the tiles?

I think that's the square that appears in the map editor.

It's the map editor lol. I know, that much was obvious. I was just pointing out that the in-game view doesn't always have to have a black background. |
Shadow on the trees don't match the direction of the shadow on the cliff. The art looks well done in my opinion :) Keep it up.

Yeah i keep meaning to change the tree shadows :P
edit: just tried changing the shadow of the tree and if i do it does crazy stuff to the map cos of it being isometric. It makes all of the turfs around it overlap my player if i stand next to it. it's really weird. |
