It would be pretty lame to choke on chocolate. However in this case 6 people choked on a toy inside a hollow egg that was wrapped in a tinfoil cover that advertised the toy inside. Considering how large that egg is and how large the toy is, I'd say you should warn people to try not to inhale the large chocolate egg and you would avoid these issues, since you would end up biting down on a toy.
