Lately I've been playing around a lot with HUDs and Interfaces as the basic layouts don't really appeal to me at all. It's been a while since I worked with Photoshop to make any sort of layout, so I guess I'm just looking for some C&C on what works, what it's lacking etc.

This first one is using a tilesize of 64. There's more going on with the interface than the actual HUD.

This second one I've devoted more time to and uses a tilesize of 32. Other than the chatbox, everything is done with HUD elements. The center panel makes use of Silk HUDs, so thanks for that.
I like them pretty sexy
I'll stick with links to avoid large pictures cluttering this up. Been working some more on the RPG, now have the HUD Login page up and running. It's still missing the graphic that will run along the top as I haven't named it yet.

And it should look pretty of course.

I have the base down, so I figure I'll just create the relevent HUDs as I progress with the development, going back to tweak them of course. Login and Character Creation is done, so I think the next step will be a dialogue with an NPC.
Yeah, I got ahead of myself and started designing a battle screen before I was anywhere near that stage in development (I'm still not). Creating the system alongside designing the relevant HUD graphics has been working out a lot better for me.
I really like your HUD design, keep up the good work.
