Your leaves on the bottom all of the trees look very weird, since there is a pretty serious inconsistency with the shading of each of these pieces.

The trunks have too much detail for a game like RoTP where a lot of the icons lack detail.

I'd suggest not using individual leaves for trees, this creates a lot of noise for the trees. (The bottom left and the bottom middle.) The Top left and Bottom right look better because the trunk is skinnier and the leaves aren't so heavily outlined. Other than all of that, the top right palm tree's leaves look alright, but like I said, it has a little too much detail and is a bit too dark.

Another thing is that the icons aren't in top down perspective, which is what ROTP is suppose to be in. but that's not your fault at all ._.
It will make for a nice contrast in my opinion, between what we have now and this. (Talking about the detail)
