Who updates them? There is still an article from October 16th there, and we've had some interesting posts ( The Spirit Age post by Gayle, the Wargames update by Acebloke, the programming tips by F_A etc ) since then.
Come on people, lets do our jobs here. If I can do mine ( troll ) then so can you. Chop chop.

The featured articles only lists the game articles.
The developer area is where you'd find articles such as 'programming tips'. | |
It's a Byond volunteer's job.

There's quite a lot of people with the power to do it. Just throwing it out there, I'm not actually able to tag posts. I don't think Cbgames is able to either. To be honest, I'm not sure how accurate your list is.

I think I used to be able to tag things, but I don't think I can anymore.
Most of my posts get listed on the developer page. Blog posts seem to get listed there faster than hub entries. If I make 9 more developer posts I'll have 19 of the 20 spots on the front page. | |
