I hope you will for real this time Viktorian :D , also i have 4 things to say :
1st thing : Can we remove the sub while a bind? it sucks and it makes the fights so lame . 2nd thing : Can we reduce the chakra taken by the kazekage puppet? c'mon 750 ..? It's a lot ,I propose that we reduce it to 300-400. 3rd thing : Can you guys focus on weakest clans before trying to add jutsus to the most powerfull ones? I suggest that paper should have a cooldown after every 10shirukens (that will be boosted of course) and paper wings , let me explain . Paper wings would be like wings (not to fly lol) but to reduce all dmg by 50% for a short duration . Kakuzu need a little dmg and fast boost . That's all for the weak clans atm . 4th thing : What about making Kekkei genkai (mix of 2elements to make a new one) . I've already seen lava (fire and earth) , senjuu (water and earth) and ice (water and wind) . You should add dust (earth and wind) and Iron Sand (earth and lighting) or something like that , and if it's too op , make them as clans . Well that's it :) ~Dangerous | |

It's almost the same thing with the sub while bind because players after using the sub are back to the first who binds .But I agree with you in case that it ruins the interest in battles , but it also ruins some of the clans , like for clay , using C1 : birds and then your victim sub , kinda annoying . There's already crow clones to avoid to get hurt while a bind , it's enough. | |
for the merge y'all should add bike old character creation and fix it up a little
EDIT: kage tourneys should be village wide so like anyone in mist can fight for the tile of mist kage EDIT: for akatsuki and 7 sm someone should summon four people who you think qualifys and have them fight and the winner chooses what org leader he wants and the loser gets the other | |

Niti should have listened. Niro, it was not 3 months since I worked on it. Around 2 or so, but you guys deleted my Madara code so I thought "Hell, I don't have time for this since they deleted my code."
In addition to this (Not to get at you Niti, but to point things out) Niti practically also kicked destrior out of the team.
Hell, if it wasn't for him Next Evolution wouldn't even be getting as many players as it is. Then when I talked to Niti yesterday about him abandoning destroir, he said something about his personal life which I will not state for censored reasons. Regardless of the fact destroir could not vote, this means that only 2/5 of the owners of Naruto Evolution voted for a merge (I can spell it out for you; Lavitiz, Niti, Myself, Niro, Destroir).
At least if he wanted to get destroirs opinion, he would have waited. My question to Niti is, do you have no sense of time?
Despite the fact Niti is going to try to justify his reasons for this and continue userping, it is obvious that he is the source of the problem.
I specifically said that after being hacked by Itznotme, I would not want to release my works to anyone else. Of course Niti dosen't have a sense of empathy unless something happens to him, so he went along releasing the source to some Chumble fool who I couldn't give 2 craps about.

I do not remember Chumble having any say in team matters, as far as I'm concerned, let alone Squigs.

That's quite the funny statement considering I have never gotten mad at any of the New Evolution staff members, in fact the only people that have ever gotten me mad were you & Haruka."
Now that is true. I have annoyed Lavitiz many times out of immaturity and so on and so forth, though atleast I have the balls to apologize and not do it again.
One of my last points is Niro. Due to you and Niti having a close relationship, and the fact you are one of the most humble and intellegent here, wouldn't it be neccessary for you to step in now and show both ends of the stick? The reason for the merge and why it was right, and the reason for the merge not to happen. After all, the majority of us listen to you.

Haruka - Hates the arrogant and egoish people. Sometimes lazy and demotivated. Good at Iconning and Decent at programming. Can be bias.
Niti - Sometimes lazy and takes shortcuts when Iconning e.g Pillow Shading and sometimes copying. Got potential though. Can be arrogant and tries to justify his wrongs (like being racist to Kitashi .-.).
Niro - Laid back, calm, humble, Lavitizs' wife. Dosen't talk often, tarps on MitaMita, has common sense, good at iconning and eager to learn. Can sometimes not tell people their wrongs which does sometimes lead to turmoil.
Lavitiz - Does Chores all day everyday, calm, mature, literate (ololol), Niros' husband. Good Coder, Derpy Iconner. Reminds me of a crow. Can be irritated easily and blow things out of proportion like disowning people unless it's completly neccessary, e.g the current situation.
Squigs - Moo.
Idoshen - Nice guy. I like him. Good at accepting apologies, bad at not being AFK.
Viktorian - Racist :i.
Chumble - Gtfo ma turf. Do I even know you?
Anyone else I have forgotten - Sorry.
Squigs pt.2 - Decent guy when he's not hating I guess. Don't know him much but could get along.
