I've noticed, you & I are quite alike.. you make the clans you like OP, example: Clay, you almost allways made buffs for clay jutsus when I was around and you were allways wanting nerfs for Uchihas.

Not gonna say I'm any better since I've made Uchiha OP lots of times, but then again.. I started giving the Uchiha clan no updates and focused on getting the other clans to the same level. Now here is what you should do..
- Balance all your clans to be almost equally strong.
- ^ Once this step is done is when you can begin to add NEW clans.
- If you get bored with just the old moves, throw in a couple of new jutsus and nerf other jutsus.

Just some advice.. Don't think i'm hating on you or anything cause i'm not, quite the opposite, i'm trying to help you.

My advice to you. Get up to Vik's level before you go giving advice. You have more of an issue with it than him. No offense to you. Not to mention I could point out several things in your project that is 1000xs worse.

And thus the negativity began.
"Get up to Viks level", you say? What Vik & I do is different, he codes & I icon.. you can also put it this way if it's a story for children: He types, I draw something that works with what he types. A Coder is nothing without a pixel artist, and a pixel artist is nothing without a coder.
You have underrestimated Vik tons of times yourself, so I think it'd be a favor for the both of us if we delete our comments and just let Vik read my advice.

If you were talking about how Vik is 100000 times better then me at coding, then I won't disagree.
BUT! I'm still better at what I do. Not saying Vik can't do it, he probably could if he took the time to learn.
But for now, I can claim myself to be Viks equal.

Then why did you attempt to code another rip of Naruto Evolution knowing full well you couldn't? Telling the community you made all those updates coding wise? If you can't do what Vik does, then you sure as hell didn't make those updates you claimed to make, can you?
