Yeah, I need a fair iconer who can draw mobs and turfs. Some guns too.
I'm making a WWII game with overhead views.
It's going to be big once I get the icons.
I can do most of the coding.
But I could also use some help with coding the hard stuff, like stamina and such.

Stamina isn't "hard stuff." If you consider arithmetic operations on a single variable to be "hard stuff," then I highly doubt your claim that you can write most of the code for yourself.
