The text doesn't seem to blend nor stand out at all. It just kind of seems "there".

I'd suggest blending it a little more, adding a thin, but contrasting border and giving the letters a little texture. Not too much, though.

The render looks stretched, the colours are boring the blurred effect doesn't sit right, theres no border the font is ugly and takes up too much of the space... I think thats everything...oh yeah, your CSS is going really weird...
