I just bought an used toshiba laptop due to my last one's hard drive messing up and i installed the byond pager on it and it gave me the login denied thing, so i went to the forum and followed the steps from here http://www.byond.com/ forum/?post=875356&hl=login%20restricted and I still get a pop up that says "Logins are currently restricted. If have forgotten your password, please visit (password retrieval link) to have it reset by e-mail." And on the pager under where you select to automatically login it says Login denied. I'm able to login on the site and was able to use the pager with my last laptop. Can you tell me what the problem is?

Somehow this computer got pulled into a hardware ban so we're looking into it to figure that out.

I sent you an email giving some instructions on something you can do to provide information. Basically you just need to login to a game as a Guest so that the hub will have some info over the computer-id that is banned.

Check your spam folder. Some email providers label things from the BYOND domain as spam, cause email is lame.
