Anyone have thoughts on this? I've heard about the subreddits in question, but I never thought that they'd get national attention.
r/jailbait?

Typical.

Admittedly, there's no nudity. All of the pictures on there, like everything else on Reddit, got themselves onto the internet from the girls in question in the first place.

So while this is fucked up, the blame ultimately falls on the girls who're posting their morally questionable pictures on the internet.

If you think every picture on there was posted consentually by the girl in question, and not by some creepy random dude, I've got a bridge to sell you.

Having absolutely no idea what the pictures in question look like. I'll say this: If the angle of the photo looks like they or someone they know took the photo, then Darke is right. If the angle is far away, they look oblivious to the fact they're being watched, then Tech is right.

Even if the photos ended up on the internet without the consent of the girls, if they took or were responsible in the taking of the photos, it is their own fault. And they'll lean a lesson they shouldn't have needed to be taught because of it.

Oh, and I'll have whatever specialists I need to make sure the bridge you're attempting to sell is in decent condition and within range of your asking price. Location is also a factor. Cheers. ;)

"Angie Verona has an entire subreddit devoted to photos stolen from her private Photobucket account. The photos are from when she was 14 years old; she's 17 now. She has been bullied by her peers as a result, had to drop out of school because of rumors that she was a porn star, received rape threats, been stalked, and overall feels like shit. Someone published an AMA a while ago about how their photos were published on porn sites and the like, and how it ruined their life. The poster said the situation makes her feel suicidal and has impacted her standing in her community, her job prospects, and her livelihood."

Yes, totally consentual.

She uploaded them! Rule one of the Internet: if you don't want someone to see something, don't upload it anywhere.

A lesson she has now learned and won't repeat. And now she is in a position to teach others not to be stupid. Which can be a lucrative job can't it?
