Descriptive Problem Summary: You can't add accent to the forum name when you create it.

Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:
1.Create a Forum
2.Give it a name like 'Héllo'.
3.Look how the 'è' magically dissapeared.

Expected Results: The title appears as 'Héllo' instead of 'Hllo'.

Actual Results: It displays 'Hllo' when it should be displaying 'Héllo'.

Does the problem occur:
Every time? Or how often? Everytime.
In other user accounts? Yes.
On other computers? Haven't tryed.

When does the problem NOT occur? When you don't add accent to a word.

Workarounds: Don't add accent to the word.
