So, my friend sends me this song 'Cradel of Forest' from Silent Hill 4. A couple of times in the song, there's this little musical interlude that's exactly the same both times. A slow, 2-note-per-bar thing. I was thinking they'd make great places for solos, since he said that he wants to cover it.

So what I did was plugged my v-amp into the computer, played the song and hit record. I improvised a little solo in that spot to see how it fits... and I don't think it sounds too bad!

Check it out. I know a couple of notes were kinda out of time, but eh. Oh well.

Awesome job!
Pretty cool. It fits well, too. How long have you been playing?
Thanks. I've been playing for almost 2 years. It'll be 2 years in June.
*coughs* Cradle.

Just so you know. ;-)
Yes, Jeremy. Yes, I know. But in this particular case it's actually spelled 'Cradel of Forest'. Don't ask me. I'm not the strange Japanese guy who writes the songs and titles! ;-)
Catchy!

Well, maybe catchy is the wrong word. Still good though. =)
I be likin' that solo! Very nice.
Tasteful playing!
A little late, but I'm reminded of the OST titles for the F-Zero X soundtrack. Such gems as Fall Down to the Scream, Decide in the Eyes, Crazy Call at Cry, Drivin' Through on Max, and Climb Up! And Get the Last Chance grace the track. Rounding out the ensemble is All Need is 30 Deaths.
