Descriptive Problem Summary: Practically the Password Box goes out of the Box. This:

Expected Results: The password box doesn't go out of the box.
Actual Results: The password box goes out of the screen?
Does the problem occur:
Every time? Or how often? Everytime
On other computers? Haven't tried.
When does the problem NOT occur? When you use Internet Explorer (I just tryed Internet Explorer 10: Developer Preview), haven't tryed Firefox.
Workarounds: N/A

Did you try zooming out? Ctrl + Scroll(on the mouse)

@Tensa: Zooming out 'fixes' it, but makes the letters understandable. Chrome is and always been at 100%.

I'm closing this as a non-bug because it's obviously an issue with your particular system, probably an extension you're using in Chrome. No other Chrome users have been able to verify this.
