Three fire techniques recently produced.
flamethrower. Im thinking of adding some sort of particle effect for the ending.
shooting two smaller fireballs(one larger than the other) and then ending with an explosion.
The base animation was inspired by some naruto exaggeration hehe. Im using a new fire pallet too! so its up for C&c!
OH! i knew i messed something up! it doesnt snap back to the idle state it actually transitions to the battle stance. Gimme a second ill update.

Nice, I was planning on redoing my "Great Fireball" state to do this. Good reference.

Are you going to have sort of a reverse effect on when the person's finished shooting the fire, so he doesn't just snap back into his standing state? Awesome job though, always love seeing fluid fire pixel art.

It is probably going to be difficult to make overlay clothing for an icon effect such as that. I can only imagine how long that is going to take. But it looks really nice. =]

Hey Zane. Im having trouble with a running state of my base could u help me please?

Look at his feet while he's blasting(in all the animations). They look weird :o

I think he means, that it's a huge frame skip from him bending to a lower bend. But he doesn't know how to explain it well, so i'll break it down a little better for him. The transition from the inhale to the exhale(fireshot) makes the legs move too quickly, making the knee seems like it's bending way too fast.
To me, i believe it's fine. Cheating a little in art doesn't hurt. :D |
