i got the lobby music and my own fullscreen lobby image now but there is still one thing that bother's me from the beginning, i used several ip adresses to get it working but its just not working, its damn difficult! please tell me!

Do NOT, I repeat. DO NOT put in an IP on SERVER in your config file. If you just comment that part out it'll work just fine.
