Descriptive Problem Summary: Raising FPS to anything besides the default 10 slows down animation visibly.
EDIT: It also seems to slow down the players movement as well, not performance wise.
Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:
1. Set FPS to 20
2. Ran around my game noticing the animation(set at 1/10th of a second for all 4 frames) showed up visibly slower than the default 10.
Expected Results: Default animation speeds.
Actual Results: Slowed down animations
Does the problem occur:
Every time? Or how often? Everytime
In other games? Haven't tried but most likely
In other user accounts? Haven't tried
On other computers? Haven't tried.
When does the problem NOT occur? Always occurs
Did the problem NOT occur in any earlier versions? If so, what was the last version that worked? Nah
Workarounds: None that I know off.

Same thing happens with me, I have to keep fps at 10 for now, it didn't do it in old versions (mostly because the animation framerate was affected by tick_lag).
